There is a territory around the shelter, which we call the Household yard.

It is fenced, but in such a way that every wet-nosed person can get into this territory for the night, drink water and eat. Any men will not be able to penetrate there, but an animal is easy!

Previously, before the fire, there were booths and feeders along the fence, also there was a hayloft. But last year it was all destroyed by fire.

We built an aviary with open doors, beveling the entrance to the edge. This will protect against cold and drafts in winter.

When we open the doors to the stone firewood shed, we see hay pillows on the floor. The dogs running by know that we are always welcome and that they have breakfast and dinner here. Through their “channels” they inform each other that we are not against their neighborhood, but very much in favor!

Thus, we acquire new friends and, as it were, whisper to them: “Tell everyone who needs it – we love you and are waiting for you!”

In addition to the territory of the shelter itself, there is also a need to remove grass from the territory around the shelter with an area of ​​more than 2 hectares. We have now removed half of it.
