Always well-fed, always well-groomed, always treated and vaccinated. All dogs are sterilized.

Except those who come from private homes in search of food. We repeat – except the owners’! Specifically, those owners’, who must be well-groomed and at the very least not hungry.

The dogs there are homeless! And they’re homeless because the people living around them made them that way! It was these “people” who first threw them out onto the street, didn’t spay their mother, poisoned them, ran them over with cars, kicked them, and beat them so hard their joints were dislocated.

And now, as a finale, we’ve filed a complaint with the State Consumer Service!

We’d like to ask questions not of the officials or the inspectors; they’re just doing their jobs.

Specifically, we’d like to address those who like to write and complain.

Please tell us, do you consider this normal?

Do you really think it’s right to intimidate people and kill animals that don’t harm anyone?

And is it right that people who perhaps have done nothing good or useful to anyone in this life are only busy defending their “right” to write denunciations and statements?

But in order to charge a person, a woman who is on site every day and looks after and cares for the dogs, with any violations and claims, they must be proven and substantiated!

Otherwise, this isn’t just empty chatter and intimidation. It’s, first and foremost, an attempt to assert oneself at the expense of someone weaker!
