The tramps try not to touch each other.

And they don’t even take away food, there were many such situations.

Today we fed two cats, a black one and a pink one of some sort, very young, almost kittens. A dirty, spotted dog came running, they are often called Pirate, because of the spot on his eye. He came running, looked at how the cats ate. But there was no more food, that’s all… We had to apologize to him. And the dog understood everything.

And he didn’t even try to take food from his little fellow sufferers, although he was clearly very hungry.

And you know, maybe there are so many troubles on earth precisely so that we remain human. After all, when it’s hard, when it’s scary, the pure human spirit sometimes shines so brightly.

And what should the Lord do if we don’t understand it any other way?..

It’s better to be hungry, but remain human.
