Many years of experience running a shelter taught me for life – prepare your sleigh in the summer.
After construction, not a single board was thrown away. Everything was collected, sawed and stacked as firewood. Garden trimmings were chopped with pruning shears and stacked in bags.
And now the house has its own supply of firewood for the winter for the shelter workers.
There is also coal available.
All that remains is to buy firewood for the stove in the summer kitchen to cook porridge.
There is also a reserve of technical water and drinking water for 5 tons. Drinking water is supplied by a pump.
Life has also taught me. Having a reserve is quite good. Especially if there are those behind you who will not buy themselves some water and will not say anything.
At least my soul feels a little better.
