…Once upon a time I have a name. But it was a long time ago, and I don’t remember it anymore. Then they called me Tube, but it’s good that it didn’t last long)
And now my name is Butch! That’s what my new dad said. He named me after the city of Bucha.
I was really looking forward to it!By the time he arrived I had recovered a little. When walking on a leash, he did not quarrel with other residents.
My ear no longer hurts, my wounds were treated 2 times a day, and the crusts from the wounds began to fall off on their own. The belly also heals after an ultrasound)
He came to pick me up from another city very quickly, literally the next day. He bought me “Royal Canin” and all the best. And imagine, now I will live in an apartment!
The next day I went shopping)
I washed myself in the shower so much that after bathing I passed out)). Almost destroyed the shower stall))
I wish all homeless people have a dad like mine! Let all homeless animals feel what it means to live in love and prosperity! And this despite the fact that my character, as it turned out, is not honey at all). But my dad is so humane that he understands everything and carefully corrects my behavior.
I still have a lot to learn. But I definitely can. I listen, I’m very afraid of upsetting my dad. I’m simply not familiar with many things in everyday life, but you can rest assured that I will learn!
Thank you very much to everyone who helped me during such a difficult time for me!
With love from rescued dog from Belgorod-Dnestrovsk
Greetings from Home Butch! Daddy’s pride)
Just look how he has changed! A proud look, the look of a self-confident and no longer bitten or hunted dog.
So, here’s Butch from Belgorod-Dnestrovsk, who was lying under a bench at a bus stop, with lacerations all over his body and no longer even asked for help…
Adopt pets from the shelter, because they bloom in love at home!
Butch's Story
Richard Gere: “When I walked around New York dressed as a homeless person, no one noticed me. And I felt what it was like to be a homeless person. People just walked by and looked at me with disgust. Only one lady was kind and gave me some food. I will never forget this experience.
We so often forget how blessed we are. We shouldn’t take this for granted. And if we can help someone in need, we should help. So, after that I went out and gave food and $100 to every homeless person I met. They cried and were so grateful. Be the change you want to see in this world.”
Now imagine how homeless animals feel. And they don’t know how to speak…
You know, a survivor feels the world differently than someone who just lives… That’s why homeless dogs and cats are so grateful when they get a home and a family.
Hello everyone from a former homeless dog from Belgorod-Dnestrovsk.
28 December 2023
New Year’s greetings to you from Butch! This dog just pulled out a lucky ticket!
Dad buys him new clothes every day. He praises him, how obedient he is, daddy’s boy).
If you remember, this is a dog from Belgorod-Dnestrovsk, who was covered in lacerations, everyone offended him, both dogs and people. There was no living place on it. And now he’s so busy, I don’t really know)
September, 1st, 2023
Butch went to his new family. All the best!
August, 27nd, 2023 - Visit of a dog handler to the shelter
News from a pit bull from Belgorod-Dnestrovsk. They gave him a temporary, so to speak, “transit” name Tube, but it was clear that it didn’t suit him very well)
Today we met a dog handler, a wonderful person. It is always important that the dog handler is also a congenial person.
Meet Pavel. He explained everything, showed us, “read” our Tube. He immediately found a common language with dogs, with all of them!). He made everyone fall in love with him and left)).
From his conclusions: Tube is a cool guy, but he’s not liked, he really wants to be at home, he gives in to all commands, he loves to eat, he’s self-confident. Waiting for his man.
August, 24th, 2023 - Pit bull examination
News about a dog from Belgorod-Dnestrovsk.The dog is purebred, pit bull terrier. Young, a little over a year old.
Today we had a blood test, an ultrasound of all organs, and an x-ray in two projections. Upon examination, otitis media was detected, all ears were covered in mites, the bald patch was fine, no deprivation. The wounds were treated, the ears were cleaned and dripped.
The results and appointment will be a little later.
In the enclosure he was treated for fleas and ticks, his ears were treated with drops, and he received a drug against parasites.
The appetite is excellent, he eats dry food 5 times a day with the addition of canned food. His stool is normal, he drinks water and walks on a leash.
Many thanks to the BU “Shelter for protection and assistance to homeless animals” for their help.
August, 21st, 2023 - A man found an abondoned pit bull
Today a man called with a request to adopt a dog. Since the beginning of the war, he has been thrown out and lives on the streets. Passing people occasionally feed him.
The man said that, according to him, the dog is very kind, calm, all the dogs on the street are biting him, he is already bitten all over by them. He doesn’t touch cats; he doesn’t touch anyone at all. Very kind dog!
It was decided to take him off the street, clean him up and find him a family!
